Your key responsibilities

• Maintenance Coordination: Managing general maintenance activities (mechanical, electrical, civil), including corrective maintenance across the Hortolândia site, and implementing preventive maintenance aligned with critical SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) and quality demands. Focus on coordination, implementation, control, and performance indicators.
• Production Operations Coordination: Ensuring safety and operational excellence in production operations. Developing and training teams in procedures, continually revising for continuous improvement, and making strategic decisions for supervised sectors. Leadership in human resource management to ensure high-quality product delivery within set deadlines.
• Operational Cost Control: Monitoring operational costs related to departmental activities, emphasizing the relationship between mixing costs and monthly departmental expenditures and routines.
• CapEx Fund Coordination: Managing the investment fund for unit capitalization (CapEx), identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing new projects aligned with company directives. Reporting on fund utilization and presenting new projects.
• Facilities Management: Overseeing facility routines, including contract management and third-party teams. Implementing department-related improvements, controlling procedures, and checklists.

You Bring

• Proven experience in maintenance routines and/or project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Control and Automation), Zootechny, Veterinary Medicine, Administration, or related fields.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma  is advantageous.
• Demonstrated expertise in personnel management.
• Being able to work at our site in Hortolândia.
• Knowledge of management systems is essential.
