Responsabilities
- Manage the project lifecycle from post-sale to delivery ensuring effective technical management.
- Build and develop projects to meet customer requirements and business goals.
- Manage implementation, coordinating resources for smooth deployment.
- Provide comprehensive training and support to ensure customers understand the solution.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and availability.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system architecture, configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to meet technical requirements.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, sharing updates on progress and difficulties.
- Work closely with development, operations, and support teams to align system infrastructure with business needs and project requirements.
- Evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Agriculture, Food and Sustainability, or related fields.
- 1-3 years’ experience in system administration, system engineering, or a similar role in a SaaS environment.
- Experience in building and delivering customer-focused solutions, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and goals.
- Proven experience designing and managing scalable system architectures.
- Scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Knowledge of networking concepts and technologies.
- Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
