PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES
- Track and monitor export shipments from initiation to delivery at the designated port, adhering to the agreed-upon Incoterm;
- Collaborate with the internal teams in Brazil to ensure timely product shipment and dispatch within the pre-established timeframe;
- Analyze shipments to identify delays and prioritize tasks, aligning with the Trading / Commercial teams;
- Proactively identify and escalate potential problems that may arise during the export process;
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication between teams in Brazil and abroad;
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of updates and resolution of export-related issues;
- Lead meetings and action plan coordination for complex export transactions;
- Generate and distribute comprehensive status reports on export contracts to relevant departments;
- Open, analyze, and monitor non-conformities throughout the export process until their resolution;
- Design, implement, and analyze internal business partner satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
REQUISITOS
- Complete degree ;
- Experience with Export Management and/or Customer Service;
- Proven ability to monitor complex processes and identify potential issues;
- Experience with report generation and data analysis;
- A basic understanding of international trade principles is a plus;
- Experience working with agricultural commodities is a plus.
