Job Responsabilities

  • P&L ownership – Responsible for the P&L of PrP business in Brazil Develop a highly proactive, competent, & engaged distribution channel for our retrofit strategy. Lead the Sales team in helping the dealers see the value that our products bring to the farmer and help get the dealers excited about proactively going to scout the farmer’s fields and Identify & develop new strategic business partners to accelerate our go-to market strategy.
  • Customer Experience ownership – Manage the Product Support team to ensure that the dealers have all of the tools, training, & resources that they need to ensure the customer has a great experience with our products
  • Brazil-specific Innovation – Responsible for the development of new innovate product offerings specific for Brazil, Work with the engineering & agronomy teams to shine the flashlight to identify yield-robbing issues that need to be addressed, Work with the Tremont engineering team in managing the product road-map.
  • OEM expansion – Increase the scope of products that our OEM partners are adopting onto their planters, Ensure that the OEM leadership teams have a full understanding of the typical yield-robbing issues that are being created in the fields of their customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and industry experience.
  • Required languages: English (advanced or fluent).
  • Broad business knowledge and people leadership skills to coach and sustain a high-performing team.
  • Hability to balancing internal and external relationship management, collaborating closely with internal leadership and external OEM and retrofit dealer partners. Continuing to grow our retrofit and OEM channel effectively and ensuring we’re sustaining performance metrics with a particular focus on serving farmers first.
