Responsabilities

• Ensure the development of strategy, projects and implementation of actions commercial operations, aiming at meeting the objectives and safety of operations, billing and anticipated profitability.
• Create the ideal customer service models, according to their needs and regionalization.
• Participate in the elaboration of the company’s strategy and advise the Board of Directors in the processes of decision making.
• Develop and carry out the regional sales plan for Ruminants in line with the global growth and innovation strategy.
• Accomplish the sales objectives and maximize the own return on sales (ROS) area, taking development to the sales team and optimizing sales processes.
• Lead Sales Supervisors, Account Managers and Sales Promoters; developing them and accompanying them daily.
• Contribute with information and support to the development of the coordinators’ work Regional Technicians, together with the Regional Sales Manager and Technical Managers Nationals
• Develop a high-performance professional team that achieves the results of sales and customer satisfaction.
• Manage the growth of individual careers and contribute to the development of team sales skills.
• Allocate human and material resources, always allowing for the highest profit return and image for the business.

Requirements

• Degree in Veterinary, Animal Science or Agronomy.
• Desirable Postgraduate or MBA/Specialization.
• Advanced English and Spanish is a plus.
• Previous experience in Business (Ruminants), preferably in sales or in related areas. Experience with people management and development.
• Knowledge and experience in the discipline itself: know-how of the nutrition industry animal, basic knowledge about the products and applications.
