Responsibilities

• Responsible for structuring new business models focused on sustainable development through partnerships.
• Ensure interactions, such as company’s different business areas, and generate value for customers and company’s presence in the new economy.
• Responsible for developing tailored solutions for the food industry and other partners interacting with several areas.
• Ensure that company solutions meet the needs of the industry and generate value for the customer.
• Identify the correlations between the low-carbon economy and the company business.
• Responsible for anticipating customers’ needs about low-carbon economies, and potential value generators supporting field teams.
• Responsible for developing the value proposition for new economies for the crop focus and according to the needs of the customers, seeking to maximize the ROI of the customers and capture value for the company.
• To develop and support value propositions focused on the circular economy.
• To be a reference in supporting teams to ensure our performance in the value chain and market differentiation.

Profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Agronomy/Agronomic Engineering, Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong experience in a sustainable food ecosystem.
• Experience in projects and interacting with stakeholders at different levels.
• MBA, master’s, or doctorate agronomy, science, in biology, ecology, or related fields. Good influence and negotiation skills.
  Good knowledge in agriculture business.
• Good knowledge of environmental business opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills in English in written and spoken form.
• Collaborative and curious profile with an open and pragmatic mindset.
• Ability to work independently and in teams, connecting with and mobilizing all levels of the organization.
