Job Responsabilities

• Interface directly with and company stakeholders to identify and plan on-farm research.
• Lead field research to identify and value key agronomic opportunities to inform product development.
• Assist with agronomic performance evaluation related machines and solutions during prototype phase.
• Partner with marketing to develop agronomic demonstration plans for machines and solutions during the launch phase.
• Share results of on-farm research with dealers, and stakeholders at field events, dealer meetings, farm shows, company meetings, and conferences.

Requirements

• Technical experience working in the AG industry in a role focused on interpreting science to help farmers make the most of new products.
• Commercially driven thinking with deep agronomic understanding.
• Must be technical and data orientated (understand the equipment and the data it generates and how this effects processes on a farm). Sound understanding of statistical analysis.
• Complete Degree in Agronomy or related area. Fluency in English is mandatory. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
• Availability to travel with a high frequency, since it will be visiting farmers in the field very often.
