Responsabilidades

• Reporting to the EHS Coordinator, the EHS-Environmental Engineer will lead Environmental programs.
• Sets and monitors objectives and assignments to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Ensures the compliance of the Environmental affairs and Sustainability to applicable regulations and standards. Leads continuous improvement of the Environmental and Sustainability systems to make it leaner and more efficient.
• Contractors with management of the activities of the 3º Part Services.
• Emergency response with management of the activities of the firefighter.
• Ensures the compliance Licenses and Permits and updates (Cetesb,AVCB,DAEE etc).
• Evaluates Environmental and Sustainability risks during changes.
• Determines risks linked to EHS Standards and local legal requirements.
• Supports committees and project teams activities dealing with EHS management system.
• Ensures internal and external communication to maintain and improve Environmental, Health and Safety competencies and awareness.
• Reports Environmental results.
• Reports FM Global.
• Provides training for all employees and coordinates training for contractors as well to develop their competencies and awareness.
• Partner with site leadership teams to establish and implement Environmental strategy and Management Action Plan (MAP), local requirements, J&J Standards, FM Global and ISO 14.001 requirements.
• Connect to external developments related to sustainable logistics and carbon foot printing/climate programming.
• Accountability to deliver sustainability objectives aligned with the Global Deliver Strategy and the Enterprise Sustainability long term decarbonization goals.
• Governance and monitoring of workstreams and financial planning. Accountable to develop a Long-Range Financial Plan for the Deliver sustainability strategy. Build value cases, prioritize programs, and influence leadership for support workstream initiatives and Supplier projects.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders including customers and suppliers to enhance the sustainability value case and support the development of innovative solutions.
• Pollution Control Experience (air, soil, water, wastewater and waste).

Requisitos

• A bachelor’ degree is required on related EHS areas, in EHS- Environmental Sciences, Engineering or Sustainability (or University equivalent).
• Advance knowledge of English.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience with multiple products and KPIs.
• Experience working with data sources for carbon accounting, and an understanding of how data sources can be merged to create consolidated CO2e inventory.
• Contractors Management, Emergency Response with management of the activities of the firefighter.
• Must have strong collaboration and influencing skills to partner effectively at all levels and across multiple groups.
