Atividades

• Understand customer insights and develop a compelling value proposition for the brands;
• Lead a cross functional team in the development and implementation of marketing tactics that create a brand experience valued by customers within the compliance guidelines;
• Communicate effectively with the sales organization to understand needs and optimize implementation of marketing tactics;
• Build positive relationships with relevant external stakeholders, key influencers, and opinion leaders within the industry;
• Deliver sales forecast to Supply Chain and ensure forecast accuracy of 80%;
• Lead Trilogy Meeting to keep the integration alignment between sales, technical and mkt;
• Opex planning and monitoring;
• Build robust brand plans to launch new products and ensure proper execution.

Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, veterinarians, engineers or administrative professions;
• Desirable: MBA;
• Fluent in English, Spanish desirable;
• Knowledge of poultry industry;
• Experience in Marketing, technician, or sales positions in the animal health industry;
• Strong leadership skills to influence other people in different functions and levels;
• Demonstrated problem solving ability with a consultative mindset;
• Interpersonal and teamwork skills for effective interactions;
• Communication skills: clarity on oral and written.
