Activities

• You will be in charge of validating company and preparing the market for a full launch with support from headquarters. Be well-versed in all business matters & the local ecosystem. You will therefore need to be capable of running very practical tasks as well as complex strategic initiatives on company behalf.
• You will be the face and the company voice in Brazil, as well as having the responsibility for both commercial and political communication towards the market. It’s key that you are interested in developing and executing the local go to market strategy together with the support from headquarters and your local team.
• One of your first tasks will be to map out all the important industry players that are key to a successful expansion. This is both in terms of commercial partnership as well as the political and regulatory stakeholders that are key to the development of the market.

Requirements

• +10 years experience in a commercial and/or strategically oriented role within the agriculture industry.
• Deep agriculture & financial sector insight.
• Established network in the agricultural industry and/or financial sector, with a proven ability to build relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
• A reliable and collaborative team player.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
• Drivers licence.
