Atribuições e Responsabilidades

• Be an inspiring leader and a mirror to the teams, developing team and defining strategic view
• Be a natural point of contact for questions around green economy and driven outside in vision leading internal and external change management by understanding the current local context and cross functional relationship
• Accountable to map business opportunities present in the agri-environmental agenda
• Responsible for creation and development of new business model based on circularity, biological products, carbon footprint among others
• Ensure business acceleration through the food chain by offering solutions in green economy with clear value proposition
• Responsible for partnership development and agreements at the whole chain
• Be one of the local champion of Company’s Nature Positive ambition

Requisitos/Perfil Desejado

• Collaborative and curious experimenter profile with an open and pragmatic mindset
• Solid people management experience
• Bachelor degree, MBA, master or doctorate on biology, ecology, agronomy science or related fields
• Solid influence and negotiation skills
• Strong agriculture business knowledge
• Analytical thinking, strategic view and financial accuracy
• Deep knowledge of the environmental business opportunities
• Experience in sustainable business development
• Experience in working in international teams and culturally diverse environments,
• Excellent communication skills in English in written and spoken form
• Active member of agri-environmental communities and foruns
• Good understanding of Yara business and commercial model
