Atribuições e Responsabilidades

• Operation management: Planning, execution and conclusion with support areas (purchasing, commercial, marketing, controlling, finance).
• Monitoring of KPIs, SLA’s and contractual agreements. Hold periodic meetings with main stakeholders to align and present results.
• Influence and exercise lateral leadership with the commercial team (Sales Representative and Commercial Management).
• Lead, within Brazil’s commercial organization, the review of the soy audit process and establish a governance model with constant evaluation of best practices:
  • Develop and implement POD audit procedures for a multicompany scenario and ensure alignment with the industrialization strategy in the soybean business;
  • Lead and hire third-party companies that carry out field audits;
  • Operational Alignments with Biotechnology Testing Companies (US Companies).
• Lead APP Trait Detection Silo Digital (Responsible for managing the operation of the new tool).

Requisitos/Perfil Desejado

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering (all).
• Knowledge of project management (desirable).
• Knowledge of the soy business model (will be an advantage).
• Knowledge of the ITS soybean value capture system and its functionalities (Farmer, POD and Multi and Sales Dist).
• Experience with Negotiation and Conflict Resolution.
• High analytical capacity.
• Native or Fluent Portuguese.
• Advanced English (weekly calls, reports and presentations).
• Availability to travel (twice a month throughout Brazil and occasionally to Paraguay).
• Location: Brazil – São Paulo, SP (availability to go to the office once a month on average or more, according to business demand).
