Atribuições e Responsabilidades

• Project Management: be responsible for leading multiple management consulting projects, with international and cross-sectoral scope;
• Content Management: develop tailored solutions to address our clients’ needs on strategy, organization, and transformation topics; collaborate closely with our BC colleagues in other geographies, as well as with our knowledge management team to develop deep expertise in selected topics of interest;
• Client Management: work in close collaboration with our clients to deliver consulting projects; build strong client relationships and a sustainable network within the group; serve as trusted advisor for your own client base;
• Team Management: be a role model for less experienced consultants and project managers; develop other colleagues´ consulting skills on the job; actively participate in talent development activities (e.g. recruiting, onboarding training).

Requisitos/Perfil Desejado

• Mandatory: advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in business, engineering, technology, natural sciences or related field;
• Mandatory: several years of experience in management consulting; 2+ years in positions with full project management responsibility (Engagement Manager / Project Manager / Project Leader positions);
• Preferably: multiple projects experience in Agribusiness or Healthcare;
• Preferred: international work experience, leading projects in multiple geographies;
• Outstanding quantitative, analytical and conceptual skills as well as demonstrable accountability for people development;
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities as well as ability to communicate with and have an impact on senior management;
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Portuguese; Spanish speakers with willingness to learn Portuguese are also welcome to apply;
• Location: Brazil – São Paulo, SP.
• Mandatory: Availability to go to the office according to business demand (If you are located in a different city, travel and accommodation expenses will need to be covered by you).
