Um dia na vida de um supervisor distrito leiteiro

• Engage coffee suppliers on yearly sustainability targets, /Steer the collaboration with key coffee partners and suppliers towards the delivery of the commitments;
• Define and manage the yearly budget of activities in the region ;
• Steer the activities of field resources to achieve the targets, monitor achievements and manage gaps;
• Develop and deploy a talent management framework for field resources ;
• Ensure the consistent deployment of the relevant digital tools and approaches towards further global integration ;
• Pilot and learn from business cases of game changers for transformative actions;
• Gather intelligence information on local coffee sector (stakeholders, production cost , prices, …) and build expertise on socioeconomics of farmers (Living Income, cost of production);
• Human rights Risks, Gender, and regenerative coffee agriculture (Biodiversity and Soil Health);
• Identify and manage funding opportunities to support the transformation;
• Develop and deliver key communication assets towards advocacy;
• Strongly contribute to field visit of key stakeholders;

• Professional experience in steering business decision making and business transformation.
• Expertise in sustainable sourcing 
• Theoretical & Practical know how in agriculture and supplier’s management, from farm to factory.
• Excellent business acumen and interpersonal skills; able to work across business lines at different levels to influence and effect change to achieve common goals.
• Strong interest in sustainability.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to coach and develop people to become the leaders of tomorrow.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders across and outside the organization.
• Working experience within the coffee environment is a plus.
