Job description

• HSE management of a manufacturing site and management support to offshore technicians.
• Implementation and maintenance of the elements of the HSE Management System: risk analysis, auditing, monitoring of legal requirements, monitoring of contractual requirements of the site’s commercial projects, achievement of the year’s objectives, technical support for decision making and business risk management and leadership of the group of site technicians and engineers.
• Manage HSE team.

Requirements

• Graduation in Engineering;
• Post-graduation in Labor Safety Engineering;
• Desirable postgraduate degree in Environment and Lead Auditor in 45001 and 14001 standards;
• CREA;
• Experience in HSE management in the energy, oil and gas or manufacturing industry;
• Experience with managing people;
• Accident Investigation;
• Project and contract management with Petrobras or IOC;
• Knowledge of HSE management software (Synergi, Intelex, SAP, etc.);
• Advanced English.
