Your mission will be to

• Lead the SeedGrowth strategy through marketing and commercial initiatives to improve SeedGrowth penetration, market share and profitability;
• Ensure grower and partner needs are captured and reflected in the strategy design, commercial policy, products & solutions value proposition and action plans to be implemented in a sustainable manner;
• Guarantee that SGR commercial policy drives businesses targets and behavior from our partners so that they are prepared for the demands and complexities of a competitive and changing marketplace;
• Ensure the commercial policy is fully aligned with IT infrastructure that meets the team’s needs and processes;
• Work very close with Regional Asset Managers, Global SeedGrowth Community and MD to develop and implement the SGR strategy in the market, including new products, LCM, third party collaborations, services and equipment offering. Collaborate with product and production teams to secure SeedGrowth solutions on Bayer´ branded seed businesses;
• Engage commercial teams of CP and Seeds businesses to generate demand and work together to offer SeedGrowth solutions, ensuring knowledge transfer and visibility of products and services;
• Leverage business opportunities working with soybean, corn and other CP products to seek for revenue growth by taking the advantage of the different businesses to make Bayer stronger with customer and partners.

Are you ready for this position?

• Solid experience in ag business, marketing or sales functions mandatory;
• University degree (Agronomy, Engineer Marketing, Administration) mandatory;
• Marketing Experience is mandatory;
• Sales Force desirable;
• Desirable MBA;
• Fluent in Portuguese and English mandatory;
• Desirable experience in seed treatment and/or seed business;
• Dealing with ambiguity and strong problem-solvin;
