Atribuições e Responsabilidades

• Responsible for structuring new business models focused on sustainable development through partnerships
• Ensure interactions such as different business areas and generate value for customers and company’s presence in the new economy
• Responsible for developing customized solutions for the food industry and other partners interacting with several areas
• Ensure that Yara solutions meet the needs of the industry and generate value for the customer
• Identify the correlations between the low carbon economy and the company business
• Responsible for anticipating customer needs about low carbon economy and potential value generators supporting field teams
• Responsible for developing the value proposition for new economies for the crop focus and according to the needs of the customers, seeking to maximize the ROI of the customers and capture value for the company.
• Develop and support value propositions with a focus on Circular Economy with company’s assets and customers
• To be a reference in supporting the Yara’s teams to ensure our performance in the chain and market differentiation.

Requisitos/Perfil Desejado

• Bachelor degree
• Collaborative and curious experimenter profile with an open and pragmatic mindset
• Good experience in Sustainable food ecosystem
• Experience in projects and interacting with stakeholders at different levels.
• MBA, master or doctorate on biology, ecology, agronomy science or related fields
• Good influence and negotiation skills
• Good agriculture business knowledge
• Good knowledge of the environmental business opportunities
• Good communication skills in English in written and spoken form
