Responsabilities

• Participate at Crop Plan meetings with the Intelligence and Optimization teams, guaranteeing the establishment of plant conversion indicators and capacities, providing the inputs to the allocation tools and yield optimization.
• Strengthen partnerships and communication flow with Production Research, Field Operations, Optimization, Maintenance and Planning teams with projects and solutions that maximize the operational performance and reduces losses, bringing a higher reliability in the process.
• Guarantee best practice exchange and implementation at the Virtual Site.
• Lead and manage the change process in onePSS implementation and Lean practices sustainability, promoting the use of analytical tools and supporting focused improvement advances. (VSM, A3, 5 Whys, Ishikawa) to facilitate problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Develop direct reports with knowledge, skills, capabilities and behaviors necessary to perform in their function and leverage execution standards, guaranteeing the Crop Plan delivery (Winter and Summer), bringing the best customer experience (timing, volume, quality and safety) in a competitive cost.
• Leverage fast performance improvements and capture benefits according to the global implementation strategy and digital transformation initiatives through the implementation of Production System and SGI (scorecard deployment, KPIs definition and monitoring, moving target, Tiers leadership and gemba walks focusing on the team development.
• Guarantee an efficient talent management with a correct resources allocation and team development basing on the People Strategy in different levels of work, promoting diversity and inclusion. Guarantee the implementation of all evaluations tools and people development (performance development, STI, Check In, Feedbacks, Coaching and Talent Review).
• Manage Budget, FCT and Challenges and their impacts at the site, optimizing inputs use, employees’ extra hours, expenses prediction and investments to the next exercise.
• Perform investments needs analysis for Capex/LRP, with the mindset to advance projects that are really aligned with the business strategy and guarantee a better customer experience.
• Participate actively in the accomplishment of the Policy and Quality goals, Safety, Health and Environment. Contribute to quality improvement of products and services, reducing the risk of accidents, reducing natural resources use and correct disposal of waste. Fulfill internal procedures and support the fulfillment of legal requirements. Support internal and external audits.

Requirements

• BS degree, desirable engineering;
• Solid experience in people management;
• Fluent  / Advanced English;
• Solid knowledge at production systems and lean manufacturing;
• Knowledge on cost analysis.
