Atividades

• Coordinate, plan and guide the implementation, conduction and maintenance of the experimental network in forest genetic improvement, aiming at the continuous generation of technologies capable of guaranteeing a sustainable increase in productivity and wood quality throughout the forest cycles.
• Coordinate and guide the work and technical teams in the areas of Soils and Nutrition, Forest Improvement and Forest Protection.
• Coordinate external support activities, such as laboratory services involving the collection, preparation of samples, sending, analysis, and generation of databases.
• Elaborate and analyze reports of follow-up of the experiments through the fulfillment of the annual schedule of the work plan. Ensure research and development operations through daily activity controls.
• Analyze and consolidate the information on the measurement and quality of the services performed by the contracted companies, for billing and payment of services rendered. Ensure compliance with technical and contractual standards established to provide third-party services.
