Your mission will be to

• Ensure usage of customer database information to define communication investments and prioritize the company initiatives. Manage customer performance indicators and drive customer insights to support value propositions as well as to query customer database to find opportunities to increase cross selling, up selling and customer interaction;
• Develop and implement effective communication plans to involve internal activators and engage growers. Provide clear guidance and activation direction for all Field Marketing Managers (+18 FTEs) and Experience Analysts (+8 FTEs);
• Structure loyalty program branding and communication strategy, connecting grower data and field marketing inputs to enable best in class implementation aligned with strategic guidelines;
• Ensure that all online and offline brand activation initiatives (including: advertisements, events, promotional materials, sponsorships) in market are consistent with brand guidelines and integrated with the company strategy;
• Structure clear alignments with risk and legal departments concerning grower communication and usage of customer data to interact, assuring we are implementing required polices to safeguard data privacy;
• Provide inputs to the Grower Intelligence area and work together to collect learnings to be implemented on next activations;
• Design an engaging communication process to involve sales and marketing team (+500 FTE) and sales reps of channel partners (+ 3.000 people) on the Customer Journey and the company roadmap. Coordinate the implementation of communication activities influencing field marketing team to properly implement our strategy in order to offer a best in class customer experience;
• Great customer focus to impulse and inspire growers to the future exploring and creating new experiences to customers. Collect insights on customer data, customer research, customer interaction and field team inputs to design engaging activations to growers;
• Identify and partner with suppliers/agencies to implement innovative tools as part of customer experience implementation. Lead the relations with the Communication Agency, assuring the best strategy to boost results on our investments. Challenge our team and external providers to innovate on our communication assuring discipline to implement our communication strategy;
• Coordinate PR, Influencers, Internal and External communications activations involving loyalty and customer experience with the Corporate Communication team and involved agencies;
• Lead the relation with Orbia marketing team, assuring proper connection of initiatives on both sides and making sure the company is capturing value on all interactions with the company brand.

Are you ready for this position?

• University degree (Master or equivalent) Administration, Marketing, Agronomy and related areas are mandatory;
• Direct people leadership experience is mandatory;
• Advanced/Fluent English and Fluent Portuguese is also mandatory;
• Mandatory: Solid background in marketing, communication and Strategy ( min. of 5 years);
• Ability to translate data into information and insights through modern technologies;
• Finances Experience and skills are desirable;
• Agribusiness Experience is desirable;
• Strong Communication mindset and skills, CRM background is also desirable;
• Leading/influencing peers and senior stakeholders at the country level on business decisions is desirable;
• Understanding of the interrelationships between financial goals, customer driven decisions and market specifics;
• Managing & collaborating in a matrix organization;
• Desirable : Office and SAP
