Responsabilities

• Understand breeding objectives, balance and prioritize resource demands to effectively meet all of them,
• Coordinate all planting activities of yield trial. Coordinate planting details and scheduling with research projects to ensure timely and effective planting of all material to ensure highest quality output. Responsible for all planting equipment inventory and maintenance,
• Own site operational budget: Plan, execute and deliver work slate to defined R&D standards, within allocated budget,
• Coordinate and guarantee all activities related to the Station Management – farm machinery inventory, cleanliness, and overall condition of tractors, and other equipment.

Requirements

• PhD, or Master’s Degree in Agronomy, or related fields OR minimum of 5 years equivalent industry-related experience,
• English language is highly desirable,
• Understating of agronomy, plant breeding, logistics, operations, automation, seed physiology and modelling and planning tools.
