Responsabilidades

• Strong cross-functional cooperation with regional BU Technical counterparts, Regulatory or Research & Development teams to manage timely and correct execution of animal trials, as well as to provide technical support to critical field projects.
• Sharing insights with different regional Business units
• Translate research findings into marketing collaterals (i.e. technical papers, commercial presentations) together with the Power Platform Manager;
• Identifying and translating relevant field issues and customer challenges into innovative new solutions or services to respond to existing customer needs or enter new market segments.
• Work with the regional BU CLS teams to develop new services that can be enrolled globally to support the enzyme business or service-tools (in lab or on-farm) to monitor/demonstrate product performance in the field;
• Participate in and/or attend local and international scientific exhibitions, seminars or key account events, to contribute in putting KEMIN’s image as a global enzyme player on the world map
• Publish scientific papers in peer reviewed journals;
• Provide technical trainings to regional sales, marketing and technical teams
• Monitor and process market trends and competitive information;
• Communicate and exchange experiences with regional technical teams on a regular base.

Qualificações

• University degree, preferably a PhD, in animal science or equivalent experience with a good and practical understanding on the role of enzymes in animal nutrition and health.
• High interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Solid knowledge in statistical design of animal trials and data analysis.
• Knowledge in feed formulation tools
• Good writing skills. Able to provide adequate synthesis of scientific data.
• A high degree of personal motivation, a passion for enzymes, and a desire to make an immediate contribution
• You like working in cross-functional, multi-cultural teams
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
• Experience in a technical/commercial, B2B business
• The position should be preferably based in APAC or LATAM and will require frequent international travel (up to 50%).
