Atribuições e Responsabilidades

• Identify the corn agronomic practices at the region and hub level across LATAM and define a pipeline of agronomic solutions that generate value to our customers and stakeholders;
• Stablish and implement scientific methods and experimentation standards to provide agronomic practices recommendations specific by germplasm and yield environment;
• Responsible to implement analytics methods for identifying and quantifying the impact of each agronomic practices to deliver the best recommendation by hybrid (Value proposal, digital app);
• Responsible for developing and implementing innovative solutions connected with solutions management in order to help farmers to better manage and place our products;
• Responsible for defining and delivering agronomic practices protocols that addresses requirements following standard and harmonized process across regions while taking in account each cluster need;
• Accountable to represent MD Corn team on specific forum connected with agronomic practices (Ventures, project develop with Climate science, SSC, etc.);
• Coordinate with Global and Local Data Science & Analytics and research Climate Team the models for improving the product recommendations by adjusting local agronomic insights.

Requisitos/Perfil Desejado

• Minimum of Master’s degree or higher in Crop physiology, Biostatistics, Crop Production, Plant Breeding or related discipline with experience in data analysis and scientific methods;
• Strategic and Design thinking experience;
• Strong problem-solving skill and influence skills Background, with demonstrated experience on research or market development position;
• Experience presenting results to varied audiences & influencing project direction/strategy;
• Ability to actively engage with internal partners & external collaborators to align strategies & success measures in analytics and data profile oriented;
• Strong analytical and planning skills with excellent communication and interpersonal relationship;
• Advanced or Fluent English language skills – We are a global team.
