WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Prospecting and developing technologies and knowledge of interest to Agriculture 4.0 and Digital.
• Implementation and Coordination of the Innovation Cell, Open Innovation Programs and its processes (internal and external stakeholders).
• Design and coordinate global project programs for delivery through Agriculture 4.0 Focus: ESG, transforming tobacco production, building the production model of the future.
• Lead and manage research projects (internal and external) end-to-end schedule, budget, people, deliverables and communication.
• Directly or matrixly manage research teams.
• Engage and manage internal and external stakeholders globally.
• Prepare research reports and presentations of proposals, plans and business results.
• Promote by example a culture of innovation, agility, empowerment, calculated risk and data-driven decisions.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or a related field. A postgraduate is desirable.
• Available to work in Cachoerinha, RS.
• Advanced English.
• Work or research experience in agriculture 4.0, precision agriculture, sustainable agriculture, smart agriculture, agritech / agritechnology, crop prediction or a related field.
• Experience in Innovatives Project Management.
