How you will contribute

• Be responsible for managing, coordinating and overseeing implementation of all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs and processes towards an interdependent HSE culture (safety as a value / zero mindset) and sustainable world-class HSE performance
• Lead implementation of global and regional systems, programs and standards across the business network, including the HSE pillar processes and tools
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and Mondelēz policies and continuous improvement in key identified measures and objectives
• Build and strengthen HSE capabilities across the business network (including coaching to HSE Leads and plant HSE managers)
• Provide functional expertise, guidance and technical support on HSE-related topics, including crisis management, response to emergencies and major incidents, including post-event (e.g. Root Cause Analyses)
• Plan/Budget/Control annual capital budget for HSE to ensure execution of the HSE plan and adherence to all internal and external compliance standards
• Drive next level thinking and continuous improvement in the HSE function and company programs/initiatives

What you will bring

• Seasoned HSE leader with extensive experience and having managed regional or global programs across multiple safety categories
• Successful track record in one or more HSE or Manufacturing Supply Chain roles (process engineering, project management, CI/IL6S engineering, HSE Lead)
• Experience leading cross-regional and cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated understanding of key HSE management system safety risks
• Demonstrated knowledge of one or more functional area responsibilities, including: manufacturing, logistics, sales or marketing
• Excellent learner with ability to adapt fast to new situations, ability to see beyond the obvious, alert and very attentive to details
